Are you a Simpsons fan? This was a game I'm ashamed to admit that I spent a long time on. Not because this is a bad game, mind you. It's the best I've reviewed to date, actually, which is kind of sad. The reason as to why I'm ashamed to admit that I spent a long on it was because I was a little kid, and I was enthralled by all the Simpsons references, since it was a show I used to watch a fair bit of. I even have the first five seasons in the Russian dub as DVDs, as a present.

Last episode featured her wanting some excitement in her life starting a business, and I commented it would have been better if we actually saw some of that instead of her just telling us. I guess I got my wish. Well… there it was.

The show is set in the fictional town of Springfield, named for the town in Oregon ; however, the state the show takes place in is never revealed this is one of the show's running gags. The show parodies American culture, society, television and many aspects of the human condition. History The family was conceived by Groening shortly before a pitch for a series of animated shorts with the producer James L. Groening created a dysfunctional family and named the characters after members of his own family, substituting Bart for his own name. After a three-season run, the cartoon was developed into a half-hour primetime show and was an early hit for FOX, becoming the network's first series to land in the Top 30 ratings in a season —
The episode was inspired by Don Payne based on Don's mom area where one side would spread rumors of the other side. Larry Doyle then pitched it to have the both sides divide, because of area code. The episode features cultural references to The Who and Freedom of Speech and has also received positive reviews from critics.
